Love & Luck Challenge

Posted by: Three Wishes Collective in , , , , , , ,

Sponsored by the PetsJubilee team

Our team challenges are open to everyone, not just team members, and are geared to help those less fortunate than ourselves. This challenge will benefit Project Night Night. Helping homeless children have sweeter dreams. They give a book, stuffed animal and blanket to each child who goes to a shelter. Since we are sponsoring this between Valentine's Day and St. Patrick' Day, the theme is "Love & Luck For Our Children."

How to Participate:
Go to their website: http://www.projectnightnight.org/index.html
Click on Donate Funds, then click on "donate" under Monetary Gifts. This screen will take you to Paypal where you may donate any amount (please donate a minimum of $1). Before you complete checkout on Paypal, you'll see a link "Instructions to merchant". Click on that and type "PetsJubilee." They will track how much money we raise as an organization and will be putting the PetsJubilee logo on their homepage. Once you've completed the checkout, you'll receive a transaction number.

Please email your transaction number and amount of your donation to petsjubilee@live.com, so that I can also track our progress. No one will see this information but me. Include in your email, an item number from your shop (please send the entire url) that fits with the theme. Your item will be featured on our challenge blog with a link to your shop. The item should go with the theme in some way. For example, anything that fits with Valentine's Day or St. Patrick's Day, or children, or homelessness. It could be something red, green, pink, blue, a toy, blanket, shamrock, heart, hat, book, etc. You also have the option of making something to donate directly to the organization. If you wish to do this, please follow their rules about gift items: http://www.projectnightnight.org/DonateItems.html Send these items to:

Annie from AnnieKDesigns suggested this event and has been in touch with the charity to let them know what we're doing. We're hoping for an even greater turnout than we had for the 4x6 competition. You can help by spreading the word.

Entries will be accepted from now through Saturday, March 6th, 2010. Voting will run from Sunday, March 7th - Sunday, March 14th at noon EST.
